Who It's For

Built for practice owners tired of evaluating from a distance.

You're the right fit if

You own the practice — or run it.

  • You're a practice owner, partner, medical director, or non-clinical CEO/operator
  • Your practice serves cash-pay patients
  • You make (or co-make) the call on technology investments
  • You're seeing 15+ new patients per week
You'll get the most out of this if

You want depth, not a deck.

  • You'd rather model ROI in your own numbers than read a sample case study
  • You want to talk to existing Gazelle doctors without a rep in the room
  • You're looking at the operational picture — patient acquisition, treatment placement, program economics
This isn't for you if

You're early — or it's the wrong year.

  • You're a patient
  • You're an employed clinician or non-owning practice manager
  • You're 12+ months away from any technology decision
The Two Days

What you'll experience, without the spoilers.

We've kept the agenda intentionally quiet. The doctors who walk in already knowing every minute of the day get less out of it than the ones who walk in curious.

Day One · The Clinical Immersion

Friday · May 15 · 9 AM – Evening
A patient receiving a Gazelle treatment
In The Demo Lab

What your patients will experience.

A non-invasive, fully-clothed treatment session — the same protocol your patients will receive in your practice. You'll work the device, talk through positioning, and see exactly how a treatment runs from intake to discharge.

What we’ll say is this: by the end of Friday evening, you’ll have touched the device, modeled the numbers in your own practice, met doctors who already run Gazelle, and gotten a clear answer on whether this belongs in your clinic.

Doors close at nine. We promise it’ll be worth the flight.

Day Two · By Invitation

Saturday · May 16 · By Invitation Only

Saturday is reserved for doctors who decide on Friday they’re moving forward.

If you sign your partnership agreement before you leave Friday evening, you’re in for Day Two — a closed-door working session on launch logistics, marketing, and the first ninety days of running Gazelle in your practice. The room gets smaller. The conversation gets sharper. You leave with an operational plan, not just a decision.

If you’re not ready to sign on Friday, that’s a one-day ticket — no pressure, no awkwardness. Friday alone is worth your trip.

On Travel
Up to $2,000

For you and a guest.

We cover up to $2,000 total for flights, mileage, and hotel. You submit receipts after the day. We reimburse within thirty days.

You get reimbursed whether or not you move forward with Gazelle.

The only conditions: you stay through end of Friday, and you're not a no-show. Bring a partner, spouse, or co-decision-maker — the reimbursement covers both of you. Practice owners at your level have an opportunity cost just to be in the room. We're not going to ask you to bear that.
How A Seat Gets Held

Two gates. Both required.

This is an application, not a reservation. The room is small on purpose — twelve doctors, all serious about evaluating the device.

i.

Submit your application.

We review every application personally. Within twenty-four hours you'll get one of three answers: approved, additional questions, or — if the fit isn't right — a polite decline.

ii.

Send proof of confirmed travel.

Within five days of approval, email your flight and hotel confirmations to your rep. Once received, your seat is officially held and we'll send the welcome packet, full agenda, and dinner details.

Proof of travel is how we know you're committed to attending. We keep the room small on purpose — and we hold seats for people who show up.

Before You Apply

Common questions.

No — it's an evaluation event with an option to commit. Friday is built for doctors figuring out whether Gazelle belongs in their practice. By end of Friday you'll have the information to decide. If you sign your partnership agreement Friday evening, Saturday is the operational follow-through. If not, you fly home with a clear answer either way. Nobody chases you.
Friday closes with private 1-on-1 conversations and dinner. doctors who decide they're moving forward sign their partnership agreement that evening. That signature is what unlocks Day Two — Saturday is reserved for the doctors who've committed, working through launch logistics, marketing, and the first ninety days. If you're not ready to sign Friday night, you're not in the wrong place — you're just done a day earlier.
Twelve seats fill quickly, and asking for proof of booked travel before holding a seat is the cleanest way to make sure no-shows don't take a slot from someone who would have flown in. Once your travel is confirmed, the seat is yours — and we reimburse up to $2,000 in flights, mileage, and hotel within thirty days, regardless of what you decide.
Yes — and we encourage it, especially if they have a vote in the technology decision. Travel reimbursement applies to both attendees together, up to the $2,000 cap.
1172 Brownell Street, Clearwater, FL 33756. Free parking on-site. We hold a small room block at the Marriott Sand Key, ten minutes from the venue. Booking link is sent after you're approved.
Business casual both days. There's a hands-on segment Friday morning so nothing too restrictive.
Pricing is a Day-of conversation, not a phone conversation — the right number depends on practice configuration, and the ROI session makes the price either irrelevant or confirms it's not a fit. Either way, you have the answer that afternoon.
