A private, hands-on day for 12 practice owners and decision-makers evaluating Gazelle for their cash-pay patient programs — with a closed-door Day Two for doctors moving forward.
* Travel covered up to $2,000 for you and a guest.
Gazelle — the pelvic floor therapy system you'll see, hold, and operate in our hands-on lab.
Everything you need to know about getting here, where to stay, and where to eat.
A small room block is held at one of these properties for approved doctors — the booking link is sent after approval.
Lunch is provided Friday at the venue. These are options for breakfast Friday morning, dinner Friday night if you head out, or a Saturday meal with your guest.
We've kept the agenda intentionally quiet. The doctors who walk in already knowing every minute of the day get less out of it than the ones who walk in curious.
A non-invasive, fully-clothed treatment session — the same protocol your patients will receive in your practice. You'll work the device, talk through positioning, and see exactly how a treatment runs from intake to discharge.
What we’ll say is this: by the end of Friday evening, you’ll have touched the device, modeled the numbers in your own practice, met doctors who already run Gazelle, and gotten a clear answer on whether this belongs in your clinic.
Doors close at nine. We promise it’ll be worth the flight.
Saturday is reserved for doctors who decide on Friday they’re moving forward.
If you sign your partnership agreement before you leave Friday evening, you’re in for Day Two — a closed-door working session on launch logistics, marketing, and the first ninety days of running Gazelle in your practice. The room gets smaller. The conversation gets sharper. You leave with an operational plan, not just a decision.
If you’re not ready to sign on Friday, that’s a one-day ticket — no pressure, no awkwardness. Friday alone is worth your trip.
We cover up to $2,000 total for flights, mileage, and hotel. You submit receipts after the day. We reimburse within thirty days.
You get reimbursed whether or not you move forward with Gazelle.
This is an application, not a reservation. The room is small on purpose — twelve doctors, all serious about evaluating the device.
We review every application personally. Within twenty-four hours you'll get one of three answers: approved, additional questions, or — if the fit isn't right — a polite decline.
Within five days of approval, email your flight and hotel confirmations to your rep. Once received, your seat is officially held and we'll send the welcome packet, full agenda, and dinner details.
Proof of travel is how we know you're committed to attending. We keep the room small on purpose — and we hold seats for people who show up.
