How does it work?

The Gazelle™ emits a pulsed magnetic field that penetrates up to 4 inches deep, stimulating and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. This restores neuromuscular control and improves bladder, bowel, and sexual function.

What conditions can it help with?

The Gazelle™ is FDA-cleared for:

-Stress, urge, and mixed urinary incontinence

-Overactive bladder (OAB)

-Pelvic floor rehabilitation

-Neuromuscular re-education

Many patients also report improvements in sexual wellness, postpartum recovery, pelvic stability, and relief from certain pelvic conditions such as hemorrhoids and vaginitis.

Is the treatment painful?

No. Most patients describe the sensation as gentle muscle contractions or tingling. You remain fully clothed and comfortably seated for the entire 20-minute session.

How many treatments will I need?

The typical protocol is 3 sessions per week for 8 weeks, with optional maintenance sessions every 6 months for lasting results.

How is it different from traditional pelvic floor therapy?

Unlike Kegels or manual therapy, the Gazelle™ delivers thousands of supramaximal contractions per session—far beyond what can be achieved voluntarily. It’s hands-free, requires no undressing, and doesn’t take up staff time.
